This powerful Porter is aged for 6 months in oak Burgundy
barrels from a famous winegrower. The Clos de la Roche vineyard (only 16,52 ha) is one of the 33 Grand Crus in Burgundy. The barrel where this beer has aged on was originally used for Pinot Noir grapes. This adds a layer of freshness and complexity to the beer. The bottle that you hold is one of 150 from this barrel. Expect hints of licorice, roasted grains, cinnamon, red fruits, full of creaminess. All bound together in a complex beer, enjoy!
