This powerful Porter is aged for 6 months in oak Burgundy barrels from a famous winegrower. The Clos des Mouches vineyard (only 0,75 ha) is one of the Premier Cru vineyards in Burgundy. The barrel where this beer has aged was originally used for Chardonnay grapes. This adds a layer of freshness and complexity to the beer. The bottle that you hold is one of 150 from this barrel. Expect hints of bay leaves, anise-seeds and white grape. All bound together in a complex beer, enjoy!
