Stormy autumn evenings, dark window-less rooms, and strangers all around you: if we didn’t know any better, LIFF would sound like a pretty good setting for a crime story! We do know better, of course, but to emulate that mysterious mood, we offer a special black IPA LIFF beer this year. We call it the Film Noir, but you may call it ‘ the stuff that dreams are made of’.
Ingrediënten: Water, Gerstemout (Pale Ale, Carafa 3, Caramout), Roggemout, Tarwemout, Hop (Mosaic, Columbus, Cascade, Citra, Galaxy), Gist.
