Welcome to our Burgundy Wild Series. Barrel aged with love for 1 year in French oak. The barrels for these series belonged to a famous winegrower form Beaune, France. This specific barrel was used for Pinot-Noir grapes from Pommard – Les Rugiens, a small vineyard of only 0.32 ha(!). You can expect aroma of mandarin and red wine notes and a taste of a nice acidity with red fruit. You will find some residual tannin and pleasant complex aromas.
